Hi Everybody,
EVERYTHING IS NOW SET FOR THE START OF THE NEW ‘HOT RACKETS’ 2025 SEASON.
OUR 16th YEAR SINCE STARTING THIS SUCCESSFUL & POPULAR INTER CLUB TENNIS TOURNAMENT IN 2009!
THIS YEAR THE SEASON WILL FINISH ON SUNDAY 28th SEPTEMBER 2025
All the fixtures for all divisions and contact details, are now entered, updated, and are now 'live' on the Hot Rackets Web site.

Therefore you can now check all your fixtures, dates, start times, and the latest/up to date, club/teams contact details.
The web site & admin section are now 'LIVE'
As usual please send completed match scores from the winning captains only.
The match results must be sent in within 72 hours (3 days) from the completed match date.
You can also view your completed electronic score sheets, to check the correct scores have been submitted.
PLEASE DON’T FORGET WHEN YOU ADD YOUR SCORES TO THE WEBSITE ELECTRONIC SCORE SHEET YOUR RESULT WILL SHOW INSTANTLY IN THE DATE ORDER FIXTURE SECTION & THE CROSS REFERENCE FIXTURE BOX SECTION.
THE DIVISONAL TEAM POSITIONS SECTION-MATCHES PLAYED/WON/LOST/POINTS ETC, WILL TAKE APROXIMATELY
30 MINUTES/ONE HOUR TO SHOW YOUR LATEST RESULT DETAILS, AS THERE IS A LOT MORE INFORMATION FOR THE SYSTEM TO CALCULATE.
THE INITIAL FIXTURES & START TIMES ARE CHANGEABLE IF NOT CONVENIENT TO CLUBS.
ANY REARRANGED FIXTURES OR START TIMES MUST BE AGREED BETWEEN BOTH CLUBS/CAPTAINS, AND WORK TO THE HOT RACKETS ‘REARRANGED FIXTURES’ RULES, DETAILED IN THE LATEST LEAGUE RULES, SECTION 4, THAT CAN BE FOUND ON THE HOT RACKETS WEB SITE www.hotrackets.co.uk CLICK ON THE SECTION SCORE SHEET & RULES & THEN CLICK ON DOWNLOAD LEAGUE RULES.
FOR REARRANGED FIXTURES/START TIMES PLEASE CONFIRM THE NEW DETAILS SO THE DETAILS CAN BE CHANGED ON THE FIXTURES SECTION OF THE WEB SITE, SO ALL NEW FIXTURE DETAILS ARE UP TO DATE.
TO HELP PLEASE ALWAYS SEND THE FOLLOWING SIMPLE DETAILS:
1. YOUR DIVISION (DIVISION NUMBER & LADIES OR MEN)
2. THE NAMES OF THE CLUBS IN THE FIXTURE (A v B)
3. THE ORIGINAL MATCH DATE
4. THE NEW MATCH DATE & START TIME (or just a new start time if that is all that has been changed)
5. THE NAME OF THE PERSON & CLUB SENDING THE EMAIL
The first matches commence in APRIL and a full fixture programme goes through until the end of the season/final weekend in September.
All matches must be completed by: SUNDAY 28th SEPTEMBER 2025
From today always check the website, www.hotrackets.co.uk for your latest up to date fixture details, rearranged fixtures, and general information applicable to the Hot Rackets League. Please use the web site regularly as it will be constantly changing, especially from APRIL, as matches are played and scores are registered, and the divisional positions and club 'stats' start to take shape.
