What a brilliant season 2011 proved to be for 'Hot Rackets' Tennis.
Firstly we had a fantastic increased entry of teams & clubs, 49 teams, which created 8 Divisions, and allowed us to form a Ladies & Men's Premier Division.
Secondly we had our closest finishes yet, with at least 2 or 3 teams in all divisions 'battling out' the top spots right up to the final matches.
In fact the ladies divisions had many teams in the runners up postions, level on points, and closely seperated by either a rubber or sets, or as in Ladies Division One, by just 6 games.
Also this year there was 35 'Quick Fire', match deciding sets played, which really shows how close this years matches and teams were.
Many players have expressed how exciting and how much they enjoyed the unique 'Quick Fire' sets.
Once again cogratulations to the above Champions and Runners Up teams, and also a special thanks to all of our teams and players who have contributed first class tennis and 'nail biting' finishes to help completes another great 'Hot Rackets' season.
